Alpha numeric data
In alphanumeric data, there are all alphabets of English language (A to Z). With the alphanumeric data we can write all types of documents in our office or at home we use this data to enter a command in the computer or define something. This kind of data is now also used to chat on the internet with friends. On keyboard we can find the keys of the alphanumeric data.
Numeric Data
Numeric data is a kind of text but this type of data is used to represent the quantity of anything. Another use of this data is in mathematical operations. Numeric data consists of numbers (0 to 9). This kind of data can be used in programming, coding or many other functions. We can operate the (+, -, *, /) function of the numeric data. On the keyboard there are keys for numeric data.
Symbolic Data
All symbols that are used in our documents go to the category of symbolic data. Every symbol has a specific meaning or function for example to add two quantities, we use (+) sign. This sign has a function that could add two quantities in a computer.
